This Privacy Policy explains how Jorpo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our yoga practice logging app. Jorpo is designed as a personal yoga journal for recording sessions, poses, flexibility progress, strength progress, notes, and related photos. The app is a record-keeping tool and does not provide video or audio content.

We aim to keep data collection limited to what is needed to operate the app, support its features, and maintain service quality. Where possible, data is stored locally on your device, and some account or purchase-related information may be kept securely to support app functionality.

Part 2 – Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Practice session details such as date, duration, type, location, body feeling rating, and notes.
• Pose records such as pose name, category, hold time, difficulty, notes, and related session information.
• Flexibility and strength progress entries, including test type, date, results, and notes.
• Photos you choose to add to practice sessions, up to the limits supported by the app.
• Messages you send to us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic app usage and diagnostic information, such as app version, crash reports, and performance logs.
• Device and system information needed for app compatibility, troubleshooting, and stability.
• Purchase and entitlement status related to coins, unlocked features, and export permissions.

Cookies and similar technologies:

• Jorpo is a native mobile app and does not use browser cookies in the same way a website does.
• If any similar local technologies are used, they are limited to essential app functions such as saving preferences or maintaining login and purchase state.

Part 3 – Data Retention

• Uploaded content is deleted after processing when it is only needed for a temporary operation.
• Generated results may be stored in your history so you can review them later, and you can delete them at any time from within the app where supported.
• Temporary processing data is removed after the related task is completed.
• Crash logs are retained for up to 12 months for debugging, reliability, and service improvement.
• Support messages are retained for up to 6 months unless a longer period is required to resolve an active issue or comply with legal obligations.
• Local records, photos, and user content remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, unless you choose to back them up elsewhere.

Part 4 – Children's Privacy

Jorpo is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 17, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Part 5 – How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Store and display your yoga practice records, pose entries, progress entries, and photos.
• Provide charts, statistics, progress tracking, and export functions you choose to use.
• Process coin balances, purchases, feature unlocks, and capacity expansions.
• Maintain app security, diagnose problems, improve performance, and fix bugs.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, selling, or renting. We do not use your information to train AI models or to improve third-party AI systems. We do not use user data for targeted marketing or behavioral profiling.

Part 6 – Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice or other reasonable notification. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

Part 7 – User Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your data, subject to legal or technical limits.

Part 8 – Data Sharing

We do not allow third parties to independently access or use your content.

In limited cases, we may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic technical operations. These providers act solely on our behalf and only under our instructions. They are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.

Part 9 – International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in different countries or regions, depending on where our infrastructure providers or service systems are located. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Part 10 – Face Data / Biometric Information

Jorpo does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, biometric analysis, or create face templates. If you upload a photo as part of a practice record, it is used only for the app feature you selected and is not analyzed for identity or biometric purposes. Temporary image processing data is deleted after processing is complete.

Part 11 – Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure storage practices, encryption where appropriate, least-privilege handling of operational data, and ongoing maintenance of app security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Part 12 – AI Processing

All AI processing, if used at all, is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use any third-party AI services to process user data. We do not use user data for AI training, model optimization, or improvement of third-party systems. Any temporary data used during processing is deleted after the task is completed.

Part 13 – User Consent and Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Jorpo, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and handling of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the app. Your continued use of the app after any updates to this policy will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
